DA380: Open-frame 12V 6A DC power supply with UPS function & monitoring

These open-frame power supplies provide up to 6A at 12V DC via a fused output. Ideal for mounting into existing cabinets, enclosures or devices.

Manufactured and tested in Britain, this range of power supplies has a five-year warranty, allowing installers to fit and forget. It is ideal for where high reliability is required and where companies may have long service or maintenance contracts.

UPS function supports two VRLA batteries up to 24Ah capacity

Up to two 24Ah VRLA batteries can be connected to the battery terminals of the power supply PCB. This power supply will automatically float-charge the battery to capacity, providing continuous uninterrupted power from the battery if mains power is unavailable.

Batteries are not included. This unit can be used with or without batteries connected.

Mains failure signalling

If the mains-input power is not detected for approximately 30 seconds, the mains-fail relay will change over. The delay helps prevent false triggering during common power fluctuations within the national grid. The clean normally open-circuit (N/O) & normally-closed-circuit (N/C) relay contacts can be used to switch or signal other systems.

Low-battery signalling

Should the connected VRLA battery be nearing depletion, the Low Vol relay will change-over. The clean N/O & N/C relay contacts can be used to switch or signal other systems.
