Can we pay by credit or debit card?

No. Payments are only accepted by bank transfer.

If you would like to purchase by credit or debit card, we would recommend contacting a reputable distributor.

Can we have a credit account?

We do offer credit accounts to our regular customers. All customer accounts are assessed on a case-by-case basis and credit check. Contact us for an credit account application form for further information.

How do I obtain a copy of an invoice?

Simply email accounts@Dantech.uk.com with details of the order and our accounts department will respond as sooon as possible with a pdf copy of the requested invoice.

How do you ship my orders?

Shipping methods vary depending on the size of product and order. All products are boxed and then placed within shipping cartons for shipping.

The majority of our shipments are palletised on either a UK 1200 x 1000mm or EU 800 x 1200mm pallet depending on product, then wrapped with packing film for shipping by container or HGV.

Small items and orders are dispatched via DPD.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.

If the delivery has been damaged, we will require images of the damage and any invoice / consignment reference of the affected delivery emailed to sales@dantech.uk.com. Further information is also available in our Terms & conditions
